Our 30-day guarantee lets you shop with peace of mind for plants that practically care for themselves in our self-watering pots.
If your Monstera or houseplant arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short unboxing video. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or full refund of the plant cost (shipping excluded). This window ensures we can address issues promptly while plants remain fresh.
Please note that returns are not accepted for plants that have been acclimated, repotted, or show signs of care-related stress after the initial inspection period. We provide detailed care guides with every order to help your new additions settle in successfully. Tissue culture or starter plants require proper acclimation on your end, and we are here with expert tips if questions arise.
For lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we assist with the claims process through USPS but cannot issue replacements once confirmed delivered. All packages include basic insurance.
